Tasks

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Prospect DACH target accounts to build a high-quality pipeline
  • Conduct discovery calls and tailor proposals for decision-makers
  • Negotiate contracts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Utilize tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and Zapier
  • Forecast revenue and report on pipeline health to the CEO and GTM lead
  • Provide an exceptional buying experience and ensure smooth handovers to Customer Success
  • Share market insights with GTM and product teams to influence positioning and messaging
  • Help develop sales playbooks, processes, and systems from the ground up
