Requirements
- 4+ years experience selling SaaS/Cloud ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels from field sales
- 4+ years experience negotiating deals with C-Suite Executives
- 4+ years experience in programmatic lead generation and development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Proven track record in high-velocity sales cycle, including prospecting
- Understanding of strategic competitive landscape and Workday solutions positioning
- Experience leveraging and partnering with internal teams on account strategies
Tasks
- Develop strategies to prioritize, target, and close key opportunities in your assigned territory.
- Perform account planning for assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with pre-sales and other resources for strategic alignment.
- Initiate and support Workday solution sales for Medium Enterprise prospects.
- Share Workday value propositions.
- Maintain accurate and timely customer, prospect, pipeline, and service forecasts.
