Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4+ years customer-facing sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting quota
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to sell technical solutions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in team selling
  • Experience with SalesForce.com
  • Ability to find new business opportunities
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills

  • Manage a defined sales territory in Germany
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Develop a strategic territory sales plan
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual quotas
  • Prospect for all product lines and opportunities
  • Forecast sales and manage lead generation
  • Maintain accurate whitespace data on accounts
  • Collaborate with SEs and the wider POD
  • Partner with channel teams to deliver value
  • Coordinate with SDRs to cover the market
  • Attend corporate trade shows and events
  • Maintain sales pipeline activity in Salesforce
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
  • Lead RFP responses for assigned accounts
  • Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle
  • Advise prospects on product portfolio solutions
  • Document customer business and IT strategies
