Requirements
- 3-6 years sales, account executive, or GTM experience in technical B2B
- Track record closing deals with technical buyers and business stakeholders
- Hands-on with APIs and no-code/low-code tools for demo building
- Strong understanding of AI/ML or voice technology landscape
- Exceptional communication simplifying complex technical concepts
- Highly self-directed with strong pipeline discipline and bias for action
- Experience selling AI, voice, or conversational technology
- Familiarity with telephony infrastructure, contact centers, or CX platforms
- Prior experience in forward deployment or solutions engineering
- Multilingual or experience selling into international markets
Tasks
- Own full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Conduct deep technical discovery calls
- Build and demo custom voice agent prototypes
- Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers for seamless onboarding
- Develop GTM playbooks and outbound strategies
- Represent customer needs internally
- Influence product roadmap and packaging
- Maintain clean CRM pipeline
- Accurately forecast revenue
