Requirements

  • 5+ years industry sales experience

  • Expertise in outcome-based selling and crafting value propositions
  • Proficiency in digital and remote selling
  • Ability to manage complexity and drive portfolio-based outcomes
  • Knowledge in P&L management
  • Strong business acumen and executive presence
  • Strong understanding of modern IT services ecosystem
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with influencers/decision makers
  • Navigate complex organizations to find expansion opportunities
  • Lead meetings with a variety of senior-level stakeholders
  • Leverage customer, industry, product, and service knowledge for growth strategies
  • Culture of proactive business development and strong negotiation skills
  • Experience leading account teams on local and global scales
  • Business fluent in German and fluent in English
  • Curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging tools and technologies, especially AI
