Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years AE in SaaS/Enterprise Sales
- 3–5+ years Account Executive in B2B/G/SaaS/Enterprise Sales
- Proven track record closing complex deals
- Experience with multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience managing longer sales cycles (6+ months)
- Strong ownership of pipeline generation
- Experience in Public Sector or regulated industries
- Experience with security, compliance or on-premise solutions
- Experience selling into organizations with 500+ employees
Tasks
- Own full sales cycle for enterprise accounts
- Focus on DACH region (two-thirds of workload)
- Drive new business in complex organizations
- Build and manage sales pipeline
- Navigate long buying processes (6–24 months)
- Develop account strategies and land-and-expand approaches
- Lead deal execution and close high-value contracts
- Collaborate with PreSales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Achieve annual target (~800k–1M € ARR)
