Tasks

  • Take full ownership of the DACH region
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing
  • Research and approach tech companies of all sizes
  • Develop deep expertise in compensation-related challenges
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers
  • Collaborate with Marketing and SDRs on lead generation
  • Coordinate with Customer Success for smooth handovers
  • Share market insights with the Product team
  • Shape and execute regional market strategies
