Tasks
- •Take full ownership of the DACH region
- •Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing
- •Research and approach tech companies of all sizes
- •Develop deep expertise in compensation-related challenges
- •Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers
- •Collaborate with Marketing and SDRs on lead generation
- •Coordinate with Customer Success for smooth handovers
- •Share market insights with the Product team
- •Shape and execute regional market strategies
