Requirements

  • 4+ years selling SaaS/Cloud ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels
  • 4+ years negotiating deals with C-Suite Executives
  • 4+ years building relationships with existing customers for add-on business
  • 4+ years developing long-term account strategies with existing customers
  • Experience managing deal cycles over 6 months with large deal sizes
  • Understanding of industry competitive landscape and trends
  • Experience leveraging and partnering with internal team members
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Tasks

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Focus on upselling through deal management
  • Perform account planning for assigned accounts
  • Coordinate with pre-sales and other resources
  • Drive strategic add-on and renewal business
  • Target Medium Enterprise customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Work with pre-sales, digital, value & bid-management, marketing, technical, and sales support
