Requirements

  • Academic degree in engineering, natural sciences, or economics with a focus on technical sales or equivalent qualification in B2B technical sales
  • Proven experience in direct sales of software solutions ideally within CAD, DMS, MES, PDM, PLM, or ERP environments
  • General understanding of processes and applications related to product development lifecycle
  • Sales- and market-oriented mindset with confident, customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong self-motivation, structured work style, and ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Native Dutch speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
  • German language skills are a plus

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Vocational certification

Tasks

  • Acquire new clients and generate new business
  • Expand the customer base in the Benelux region
  • Achieve assigned sales targets
  • Identify prospects and pitch products and services
  • Close deals with new customers
  • Develop sales strategies for target accounts
  • Deliver presentations to potential clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new clients
  • Negotiate contracts and onboard clients
  • Engage in ongoing business development with current customers
