Requirements
- •Engineering degree in telecommunications, electronics, or equivalent
- •5+ years of experience in systems engineering
- •Experience in electronic warfare systems
- •5+ years of experience in equipment development or supplier management for airborne equipment
- •Innovation and problem-solving skills with strong customer focus
- •Ability to work under pressure
- •A400M knowledge and experience preferred
- •ARP4754, DO-178, DO-254, and DO-160 knowledge required
- •Experience and knowledge on Airbus processes preferred
- •English skills on negotiation level, German skills preferred
- •Security clearance or possibility to be cleared and A400M accreditation mandatory

- •Capture customer requirements and generate solutions
- •Produce technical specifications
- •Plan Airbus engineering activities
- •Define project management artifacts like PBS and WBS
- •Create work package descriptions and estimate resources
- •Plan, coordinate, and perform technical reviews
- •Develop engineering plans
- •Monitor progress and resolve technical issues
- •Lead engineering change management
- •Manage Tier-3 supplier technical aspects
- •Identify and plan engineering resources for work packages
- •Verify resource availability with the EW Engineering team leader
- •Plan and monitor certification of integrated EW solutions
- •Seek agile and lean methods for engineering activities
- •Analyze and define requirements using DOORS
- •Develop system architecture
- •Conduct trade-off analysis for optimal solutions
- •Perform impact analysis of design changes
- •Define and manage interfaces
- •Establish requirements acceptance criteria
- •Identify and manage stakeholders
- •Conduct technical milestone reviews with stakeholders
