Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with Active Directory and network protocols
- Some experience with virtualization is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluent German and English skills
Tasks
- Provide 1st level support to users.
- Resolve technical problems in a hybrid environment.
- Assist in managing Windows servers.
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers.
- Conduct routine system updates and patches.
- Execute system backups regularly.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Edit document procedures and configurations.
