  • Establish a proactive governance and compliance framework
  • Act as senior escalation point for vendor disputes and audits
  • Manage regulatory matters related to market data
  • Anticipate and operationalize regulatory and policy changes
  • Strengthen alignment between Legal, IT, Product, Sales, and Index Management
