- •Knowledge of balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow
- •Advanced Excel and solid MS Office skills
- •SAP FI/CO experience and reporting tools familiarity
- •Analytical mindset, self-driven, resilient, and flexible
- •Excellent English skills
- •Willingness to travel
- •Ability to work in a hybrid model

- •Advance professional standards to ensure stability
- •Collaborate with regional directors on business development
- •Present strategic business cases to management
- •Lead long-term planning, budgeting, and forecasting

- •Serve as a power user for reporting and BI tools
- •Support the transition to SAP systems
- •Ensure data quality for regulatory compliance
- •Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
- •Represent the company on business control matters
