Tasks
- Develop innovative products in sports nutrition and dietary supplements
- Conceive new product ideas and expand product ranges independently
- Conduct and evaluate tastings for product optimization
- Continuously enhance the existing product range
- Perform market research and trend analysis to identify new developments
- Organize projects and implement individual project steps independently
- Search for and maintain long-term supplier relationships
- Negotiate strategically during annual meetings and promotions
- Establish risk-minimizing supply chains
- Participate in trade fairs, events, and supplier meetings as needed
- Review product compositions for food law compliance
- Determine back label texts, claims, and advertising statements
- Consult on product development and manage complaints
- Maintain product master data in collaboration with other departments
- Support quality-related tasks, including analyses and incoming goods inspection
- Create and maintain quality-related documents such as specifications and certificates
