You will drive innovation in Oncology by applying advanced statistical modeling to clinical trials and real-world data, ensuring scientific excellence through strategic planning and cross-functional leadership.

Requirements

  • University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field with longstanding experience or alternatively PhD with several years experience
  • Advanced project lead experience and software language knowledge
  • Basic medical understanding of Oncology disease areas
  • In-depth understanding of advanced statistical concepts
  • Knowledge in planning, analyzing, and reporting clinical trial data
  • Thorough knowledge of statistical methodology and clinical trial design
  • Knowledge of international clinical and statistical regulations
  • Ability to lead meetings and deliver trainings
  • Doctoral Degree (PhD) in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field with long-term experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge in analyzing data in complex situations
  • Excellent knowledge of statistical methodology and clinical experiments
  • Advanced understanding of cutting-edge statistical concepts
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of relevant software languages

Tasks

  • Lead complex early Oncology clinical trial design
  • Analyze and report on R&D data sources
  • Develop statistical designs and decision frameworks
  • Implement simulations and scenario planning
  • Apply advanced statistical methodologies to drug development
  • Translate data science insights into innovative approaches
  • Foster digital strategies and predictive models
  • Present data narratives to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Guide colleagues and external providers on tasks
  • Coordinate with programming and data management teams
  • Participate in external regulatory working groups
  • Liaise with late-phase Oncology teams to share knowledge
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for R&D datasets
  • Lead cross-functional internal working groups
  • Identify emerging trends to shape analytical practices
