Requirements

• Experience in robotics-adjacent domains or multimodal ML
• Ability to build end-to-end ML systems
• Solid engineering instincts
• Proficiency in writing clean Python
• Ability to handle complex real-world data
• Deep ML experience in various modelling techniques
• Strong software engineering ability
• Real-world ML mindset for large-scale datasets
• Engineering maturity in scaling ML systems
• PyTorch expertise and hands-on pipeline experience
• Multimodal intuition for signal combination
• Systems sense for streaming and microservices
• Interest in teleoperation and robot interaction
• Knowledge of Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, or Unity

Tasks

• Build ML components across perception, prediction, or policy pathways
• Develop video models, multimodal encoders, and world models
• Implement diffusion and transformer architectures
• Integrate ML pipelines into embodied robotic platforms
• Manage real datasets and real-time constraints
• Process multimodal inputs including video and teleoperation actions
• Handle proprioception, tactile signals, and simulation-generated sequences
• Test models in realistic environments
• Analyze failure modes to improve stability and robustness
• Refine models for drift and latency
• Partner with modeling, robotics, and teleoperation teams
• Collaborate with simulation and data systems teams
