- Solid practical experience in data analysis
- Solid practical experience in data modeling
- Solid practical experience in database-supported work
- Use of Microsoft Power Query, Power BI, or comparable tools

- Strong conceptual capabilities

Tasks
- Take end-to-end ownership of organizational readiness and change activities
- Prepare the organization for the rollout of the global Business Transformation Process Template
- Systematically assign business process roles to teams and employees
- Identify, structure, and steer change and capability gaps
- Apply and further develop ORCM methods and tools
- Ensure scalability of ORCM methods across a global organization
- Design and facilitate high-impact workshops with leaders
- Present workshop results to program and senior management
- Enable and empower local and central teams with guidance and coaching
- Ensure local teams deliver ORCM results with required quality and timing
- Proactively manage senior stakeholders across functions, regions, and brands
- Act as a trusted partner with a fact-based point of view
- Monitor and report progress on ORCM activities
- Identify optimization potential and program risks
- Derive mitigation strategies for program risks
- Contribute to the continuous development of ORCM capability
- Translate identified change needs into concrete initiatives
