Requirements

  • Substantial experience in process design, CS models, customer segmentation in mid-stage B2B SaaS Enterprise
  • Understanding of reducing time-to-value, expanding business, maintaining 90%+ retention, low churn in B2B SaaS Enterprise
  • Task prioritization and independent work
  • Ownership of multiple responsibilities across hierarchy levels
  • Ability to connect with key decision-makers
  • Willingness to travel 2-4 times per month in DACH region
  • Deep product knowledge for technical challenges
  • Proactive client issue resolution
  • Product adoption optimization
  • Seamless integration to drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Firsthand experience with manufacturing processes
  • Inside knowledge of the manufacturing industry
  • Proficiency in German
  • Proficiency in English

Tasks

  • Represent SPARETECH at industry events
  • Own post-sales customer journey
  • Manage handover, onboarding, usage, renewals, and upsells
  • Connect with customers proactively
  • Develop customer base through outreach
  • Conduct on-site visits
  • Organize dedicated events like webinars and roundtables
  • Publish whitepapers
  • Represent SPARETECH at customer events
  • Participate in regional meetups
  • Focus on self-leadership
  • Drive personal and professional development
  • Strengthen team members
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Management team
  • Work with VP Customer Success to develop processes, tools, and product
