  • Willingness to be on the road several days a week

Tasks

  • Tailor segment strategies to country-specific situations
  • Identify and contract potential charging sites
  • Engage with land and property owners from various sectors
  • Negotiate with property owners, landlords, and real estate developers
  • Work with Network Planning team to assess location profitability
  • Hand over secured locations to Delivery Managers
  • Identify and offer long-term land leases or purchase contracts
  • Create solid and commercially sustainable business cases
  • Lead negotiations with property and land owners
  • Prepare and participate in expos in Germany
  • Report on market requirements and competitor positioning
  • Report on project opportunities and progress
  • Build and maintain a pipeline with quality leads
