- Take charge of business KPIs and relevant metrics

- Maintain a clear vision of SAP’s long-term goals
- Align SAP’s strategy with business area plans
- Set up and manage business processes
- Forecast consumed ACV and renewals
- Drive demand generation and pipeline building
- Deliver regular updates to management

- Anticipate and address evolving customer needs
- Provide timely and actionable feedback
- Cultivate a high-performing team environment
