Requirements
- •2 to 3 years of professional experience in merchandise approval or merchandise development
- •Bachelor's degree in graphic design studies or comparable education
- •General knowledge of product development, including print methods, production process, material constraints, and general timelines
- •Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Word
- •Excellent spoken and written English language skills
- •Comfort with design and development processes, managing feedback from multiple sources, constructive criticism, and creative direction
- •Solution-oriented and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills
- •Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- •Good project management and communication skills
- •Experience in handling multiple simultaneous projects
- •Structured working manner with attention to details and consistency
- •Strong interest in Nintendo products and Japanese culture
- •Experience in marketing material creation, coordination, and approval is a plus
- •Onsite presence in Frankfurt office at least 3 days per week to inspect physical samples
- •Submission of own portfolio is mandatory for the hiring process
- •Position might be Associate depending on professional experience

- •Perform administrative and design tasks assigned by the supervisor
