Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Data Science, AI, Statistics, Computer Science
  • Solid software engineering experience with AI/ML solutions, LLMs, and prompt engineering
  • Strong programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, etc.)
  • Understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and system integration
  • Experience with cloud/on-prem AI platforms and containerization (Docker)
  • Awareness of AI security, data privacy, and compliance requirements
  • Fluent English and B2 German language skills

Tasks

  • Design and develop AI and Generative AI solutions
  • Deploy AI solutions from prototype to production
  • Implement AI services using modern architectures
  • Integrate AI models into existing business applications
  • Work with structured and unstructured data sources
  • Collaborate with business units to translate requirements
  • Ensure AI solutions meet security and governance standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of AI platform
  • Maintain AI and Generative AI applications
  • Ensure compliance with Responsible AI standards
