Requirements

  • •Degree in Mechanical Engineering or nearing completion
  • •Knowledge of materials science, tribology, and fatigue resistance
  • •Solid knowledge of systems engineering, particularly in hydraulics and transmission
  • •Good command of data acquisition and analysis tools, ideally via Python
  • •Team player with collaboration skills across departments

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Currently in higher education

Tasks

  • •Assist test engineers during part inspections
  • •Analyze causes of typical failures in axial piston pumps and motors
  • •Identify influencing parameters for failures
  • •Transform parameters and field measurement data into test cycles
  • •Compare laboratory results with field feedback
  • •Write detailed reports and contribute to failure libraries
  • •Participate in performance and endurance measurements of hydraulic products
  • •Contribute to defining test methodologies and evaluating results
  • •Support test engineers in defining End Of Line (EOL) tests
