- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the team
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures
- Develop clear team communication structure
- Liaise with race promoters, event organizers, UCI, and WBD
- Manage team registrations, race entries, and compliance
- Execute team’s sport strategy with Team GM and Coaching Performance Lead
- Consult on athlete recruitment, contract decisions, and talent development
- Collaborate with travel agency to plan race schedules
- Align race-week schedules with Coaching and Performance Lead
- Support execution of training programs aligned with team objectives
- Build operational structure for athlete performance
- Lead operational coordination for performance support team
- Ensure comprehensive rider care with coaches, mechanics, physiotherapists, nutritionists
- Consult technical race staff on course conditions, tire and equipment selection, weather considerations
