Tasks
- •Manage reception and welcome guests
- •Ensure a pleasant office atmosphere
- •Maintain office supplies, including coffee, tea, and snacks
- •Oversee management of external service providers and vendors
- •Prepare for meetings, including room planning and technology setup
- •Order catering for meetings
- •Participate in the 2026 office renovation project
- •Liaise with tradespeople for daily operations
- •Assist the team with office-related questions and concerns
- •Handle tech setup, including vendor communication and access management
- •Manage network and security for the office
- •Support HR with contract preparation and onboarding
- •Assist with offboarding employees and monthly payroll preparation
- •Collaborate with Hausverwaltung and the People and Management team
