- Ensure compliance, data protection, and information security
- Work closely with Quality & Regulatory team
- Design and implement a centralized data infrastructure
- Build scalable data pipelines and analytics foundations
- Oversee data governance and quality assurance
- Lead and develop the engineering team in Serbia
- Manage external partners and freelancers
- Create a performance-driven culture
- Ensure delivery against key milestones, uptime, and quality KPIs
- Partner with product, design, and growth teams
- Embed automation into all workflows
- Identify and implement AI tools
- Ensure growth through intelligence, not headcount
