In this role, you will dive into the financial core of the business, calculating and consolidating trade results while ensuring data reliability. Your work will involve preparing insightful reports for management and collaborating with teams to enhance financial tools.

Requirements

• •Qualifications in Finance or Business Management
• •3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position
• •Finance or commercial background
• •Advanced Excel level / Power Bi
• •Strong analytical skills
• •Commitment to a high level of work accuracy and precision
• •Capacity to drive change
• •Ability to work in a team environment
• •Open-mindedness and flexibility
• •Perfect command of both written and spoken English and French
• •EU citizenship or valid Swiss work permit

Tasks

• •Calculate and consolidate financial results for specific trades
• •Analyze and enhance the reliability of financial information
• •Review and update parameters for voyage calculations using MSC Voyage Calculation Software
• •Control revenues and allocate costs for defined voyages
• •Prepare bi-monthly reports for Senior Management and the liner department
• •Ensure accuracy and clarity of trade results for management optimization
• •Analyze variances with analytical reporting tools
• •Participate in transversal analysis under the Deputy CFO's supervision
• •Coordinate and reconcile results and data as part of a team
• •Collaborate with the IT department to improve tools and applications
