- •Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving improvement
- •Direct experience with production AI/ML systems
- •Experience in technical due diligence or strategic partnerships
- •Expertise in cloud platforms and modern infrastructure

- •Partner with the company's venture capital arm
- •Lead AI due diligence for acquisitions
- •Evaluate targets' AI capabilities and architectures
- •Assess data assets and integration complexity
- •Provide technical leadership for integration estimates
- •Translate findings into strategic deal recommendations
- •Manage science and engineering teams for Risk
- •Identify synergies for the compliance product line
