Validation Engineer(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in engineering, validation, or manufacturing
- Basic knowledge of validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and regulated environments
- Internship or first experience in MedTech or pharma
- Familiarity with high-volume manufacturing
- English required
Tasks
- Lead validation activities during NPI and design transfer
- Support validation activities in manufacturing
- Define process validation strategies
- Collaborate with R&D for manufacturability and validation readiness
- Review product designs for manufacturing compatibility
- Develop process validation deliverables
- Execute equipment qualification
- Conduct test method validation
- Perform risk assessments (e.g., FMEA)
- Conduct process characterization and capability studies
- Ensure documentation meets regulatory expectations
- Support pilot builds and engineering runs
- Facilitate ramp-up to high-volume production
- Identify and mitigate launch risks
- Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, and Engineering
- Align product design, validation, and manufacturing requirements
- Provide technical support in high-volume production
- Troubleshoot validation-related deviations
- Address non-conformances
- Maintain validated state during routine production
Education
- Bachelor's degree
