Tasks
- Deliver comprehensive training to clinical staff
- Provide continuous clinical support for ultrasound users
- Optimize imaging protocols and workflows
- Act as a trusted advisor to Key Opinion Leaders
- Conduct demonstrations and reference site activities
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on product strategies
- Shape product strategies based on clinical and market trends
- Contribute to product launches and congresses
- Communicate strong clinical messaging and customer insights
- Collect and communicate market and customer feedback
- Drive product innovation and improvement
- Provide expert application insights
- Support sales activities including tenders and evaluations
- Build long-term customer partnerships
- Focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Promote sustainable growth
