- Medical doctor (MD or MD/PhD) or imaging scientist (PhD) trained in radiology, nuclear medicine, imaging physics, or image analysis, with minimum 7 years industry experience (MD/PhD), or Master’s degree with 9 years, or Bachelor’s degree with 11 years industry experience
- Proven track record in research and/or development with focus on radiopharmaceuticals and oncology applications

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Tasks
- Drive strategic guidance for biomarker imaging in oncology.
- Advise on radiopharmaceutical imaging biomarkers.
- Collaborate with Radiology and external CROs.
- Participate in Program Teams.
- Develop translation and imaging strategies.
- Direct global oncology Radiomics approach.
- Coordinate imaging delivery with drug R&D.
- Develop imaging tools for drug response/effectiveness.
- Ensure regulatory compliance for imaging.
- Drive imaging qualification processes.
- Evaluate, interpret, and present imaging results.
- Identify new collaboration opportunities.
- Manage partner relationships.
- Contribute to self-empowered matrix teams.
- Foster creativity and innovation.
- Promote a high-performance environment.
