- Support logistics operational excellence team
- Participate in EO improvement projects
- Optimize E2E logistics processes
- Maintain organizational structures
- Ensure project management processes
- Develop and track project metrics
- Prepare and orchestrate workshops
- Report to management
- Conduct regular project reviews
- Highlight current issues and gaps
- Coordinate internal project tasks
- Balance team effort
- Issue project documents and reports
- Track cross-functional activities
- Develop PowerBI dashboards
- Organize internal workshops
- Establish meeting agendas
- Create meeting minutes
- Generate action lists
- Monitor daily and monthly metrics
- Track planned activities

- Currently in higher educationOR
