Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree, federal diploma in foreign trade, or equivalent experience in logistics or trade
- •Basic knowledge of VAT regulations related to cross-border trade
- •Direct experience with SAP GTS and understanding of global trade regulations
- •Familiarity with product classification and import/export documentation
- •Detail-oriented, innovative, and solution-focused
- •Highly organized with efficiency and professionalism, proficient collaboration and communication skills
- •Fluency in English and German, additional languages beneficial
Education
Bachelor's degree

Vocational certification
Work Experience
approx. 1 - 4 years
Tasks
- •Provide VAT and customs support for cross-border trade
- •Ensure compliance with regulations and internal guidelines
- •Collaborate closely with the tax department
- •Support local implementation of the ABB Global Trade Program
- •Manage export control, customs, and sanctions processes
- •Oversee SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) workflows
- •Handle screening, block/release processes, and license management
- •Perform basic product classification for import/export purposes
- •Facilitate connection between trade compliance and daily operations
- •Assist with master data requirements and supplier qualifications
