Requirements

  • Technical education in engineering discipline
  • Ability to develop time schedule using PRIMAVERA P6 or MS Project
  • Experience as a scheduler in construction business
  • Construction site experience
  • Analytical thinking, conscientiousness, and holistic approach
  • Good command of German and English languages

Tasks

  • Elaborate and maintain overall and detailed time schedules
  • Continuously monitor the status of engineering, deliveries, transport, erection, and commissioning
  • Compare planned and actual figures through target/actual analysis
  • Inform the Project Manager immediately of any schedule deviations and develop alternative solutions
  • Support the Project Manager in controlling the project schedule
  • Coordinate interfaces with design, purchasing, erection, and commissioning departments, as well as with suppliers
  • Prepare monthly progress reports as drafts for the Project Manager
  • Consider contract changes and their impact on the schedule
  • Track materials and manage certificates for piping and pressure parts
