Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or comparable commercial field
  • At least 5 years of professional experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in a senior commercial role on large-scale EPC or complex plant construction projects
  • Strong knowledge in cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and project cost control methodologies
  • Practical understanding of contract terms, claims, variations, and commercial negotiations
  • Experience in subcontractor coordination and internal/external reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent English; proficiency in Excel, SAP/ERP, reporting tools
  • Multicultural teamwork experience; ability to work under pressure in complex project environments
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Tasks

  • Manage a single-line project from contract effectiveness to warranty completion
  • Serve as the main contact for all commercial, financial, and contractual matters
  • Ensure project targets for safety, budget, schedule, and quality are met
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager on customer communication
  • Oversee contract variations, claims, and cost controlling
  • Forecast and report in line with FIDIC / EPC change and claims mechanisms
  • Coordinate invoicing and cash flow management
  • Manage subcontractor relationships and insurance handling
  • Address export and tax topics with supporting departments
  • Conduct regular risk reviews and implement mitigation measures
