- Teamfähigkeit
- Selbstständiges und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
- Motivation zur Zusammenarbeit mit jungen Menschen
Tasks
- Neue Workshops entwickeln und konzipieren
- Das Angebot ausarbeiten und erweitern
- Kursleiter:innen bei der Organisation und Durchführung von MINT-Workshops unterstützen
- Workshops selbstständig leiten
- Unterstützende Forschungstätigkeiten in einem Industrielabor durchführen (z.B. HPLC, GC, Zellkultur, Fermentation)
