Tasks

  • •Lead planned maintenance in manufacturing environments
  • •Manage technical and non-technical personnel and contractors
  • •Partner with leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets
  • •Participate in daily management system meetings
  • •Manage equipment technology and centerline settings
  • •Oversee progressive maintenance systems and KPIs
  • •Manage the line repairs and maintenance budget
  • •Execute preventive and time-based maintenance plans
  • •Train technicians to build their technical skills
  • •Collaborate with asset and reliability teams
  • •Manage line changes and spare parts localization
  • •Perform breakdown analyses and reduce maintenance costs
  • •Represent the site in global technology forums
  • •Support new initiatives and benchmarking activities
  • •Train plant staff on maintenance subjects
