Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Lead planning and process development for Planned Maintenance Elements
  • •Manage teams of technical and non-technical personnel
  • •Enable line leaders to achieve SQCDSM targets
  • •Participate in Daily Management Systems meetings
  • •Own technology and process settings for equipment
  • •Manage Progressive Maintenance systems and KPIs
  • •Oversee Repairs & Maintenance budget for the line
  • •Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance plans
  • •Build technical and maintenance skills of shift technicians
  • •Lead PM systems and processes at the line and department levels
  • •Collaborate with Asset and Reliability team for system improvements
  • •Manage Change Management and localization of spares
  • •Conduct breakdown analysis and R&M cost reduction
  • •Represent the line as the site technology owner in forums
  • •Assist in VSU for new initiatives and enable the VSU team
  • •Support line leaders in benchmarking and reapplication
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert and trainer on PM topics
