Requirements

- Experience in training simulation would be beneficial
- PMP certification would be beneficial
- Experience in the defense industry would be beneficial, ideally in Airbus defence aircraft programs
Tasks
- Lead a simulation and software development team of up to 15 members
- Plan and oversee system engineering and software design activities
- Manage software development, integration, and verification processes
- Define simulation and software architectures with the team
- Manage externally subcontracted work packages
- Control and monitor the project schedule
- Plan and monitor project costs
- Manage communication among stakeholders
- Conduct risk management activities
- Provide regular reports to line management and program management
- Travel occasionally to project integration sites or customer installations

- Bachelor's degree
