- Completed degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
- Several years of expertise in project management within transport and logistics, ideally with focus on military environments or sensitive cargo
- Deep familiarity with international transport regulations (ADR, IMDG, IATA-DGR) and clear understanding of export control frameworks (ITAR, EAR, EU Dual-Use, KrWaffKontrG)
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent command of German (written and spoken)

Tasks
- Develop comprehensive concepts for national and international military transports
- Ensure 100% compliance with legal and safety regulations
- Lead end-to-end inbound and outbound transport projects
- Manage projects from initial tender to final delivery
- Balance project time, cost, and quality
- Navigate complex export control, military, and international trade laws
- Ensure seamless cross-border movements
- Conduct detailed risk analyses
- Develop robust safety concepts
- Create and monitor project budgets
- Maintain strict cost control
- Collaborate with internal departments, government authorities, and external partners
- Streamline processes through collaboration
- Provide regular status reports to senior management
- Analyze existing processes
- Identify synergies and optimization potential
- Drive efficiency and quality across the logistics chain
