- Develop expert knowledge of the diabetes therapy area
- Manage territories and build customer relationships
- Advise customers on glucose sensors and management software
- Support healthcare professionals with product training
- Manage and support key opinion leaders
- Develop strategy plans for key customer deployment
- Execute territorial training and attend industry congresses
- Report daily activities via the CRM system
- Plan and execute events for professionals and patients
- Support the launch of new products and technologies
