- Monitor operational performance using KPIs
- Initiate improvement measures as needed
- Handle key and complex transport files
- Act as an escalation point
- Support sales in developing customer-specific logistics solutions
- Lead, motivate, and develop the forwarding team (three employees)
- Ensure quality standards within the department
- Ensure health and safety compliance within the department
Work Experience
- approx. 4 - 6 years
Education
- Vocational certificationOR
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
