In this role, you will manage daily operations and support the Group Head while coordinating strategic initiatives. Your work will involve analyzing data, enhancing team efficiency, and ensuring effective communication across the Bank and Market levels.

Tasks

• •Manage daily operational, commercial, and administrative tasks
• •Support the Group Head with daily requests
• •Oversee team task management
• •Coordinate strategic initiatives and projects with the Market Business Management team
• •Assist the Group Head in supervisory duties
• •Facilitate regular risk exchanges with the Group Head and BRM
• •Perform approval and control tasks as delegated by the Group Head
• •Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses for planning and performance reviews
• •Gather team input to enhance process and system efficiency
• •Communicate relevant information from Bank/Region/Market levels
• •Monitor and follow up on agreed actions
• •Organize and execute team meetings in collaboration with the Group Head
• •Manage the systematic sales process with support from Regional Business Development
• •Coordinate and follow up on sales tools usage within the team
• •Conduct budget planning and cost controlling for the team
