Requirements
- Professional experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Several years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or organizational development
- Expertise in program design, facilitation, and performance management
- Strong background in succession planning, talent assessment, and development planning
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including talent KPIs and HR systems experience
- Advanced facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
- Strong project management capability to drive complex initiatives end-to-end
- High level of analytical thinking and data interpretation for decision-making
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence across all organizational levels
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
- Fluent German and English; French is an advantage
Tasks
- Lead Fast-Forward development programs
- Manage internal development programs
- Own the Management Trainee Program
- Oversee the Performance for Growth process
- Advise on external education options
- Support development planning with HRBPs
- Drive succession planning for key positions
- Facilitate talent review sessions
- Design and execute assessment centers
- Design and execute development centers
- Produce monthly Talent KPI reports
- Manage two cost centers
- Lead special projects for Talent Development
