Requirements

• •Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• •Bachelor's or Master's degree
• •No previous CERN fellow or graduate contract
• •Possession of a University degree
• •No PhD qualification

Tasks

• •Screen CVs and manage candidate communication
• •Coordinate interviews and handle contract administration
• •Source candidates through online platforms and professional networks
• •Engage under-represented groups such as women in STEM
• •Promote the employer brand on social media and job boards
• •Represent the organization at career fairs
• •Generate reports on recruitment and sourcing data
• •Analyze recruitment trends to identify improvement opportunities
