- Eagerness to learn about new HR trends and innovations
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to excite and inspire people
- Pleasure in dealing with people
- Enthusiasm in the search for talents
- Fun in communication in an international environment
- Fluent English
- Fluent German

- Manage end-to-end recruiting process
- Ensure state-of-the-art recruitment journey
- Identify and approach candidates
- Accompany candidates through hiring process
- Provide great candidate experience
- Develop individual sourcing strategies
- Attract best talents for job requisitions
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ensure superior hiring experience
- Monitor sourcing trends
- Evaluate recruiting KPIs
- Improve recruitment quality
- Manage administrative recruitment processes
