Core banking application operations and incident management for wealth management. Temenos T24 experience and proficiency in JBoss, Oracle, and Splunk required. Weekly on-call duty, weekend release participation.

Requirements

  • Completed IT education (Degree in Computer Science or IT related field)
  • Experience with Temenos T24 management, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in operational tools (JBoss, Oracle, TAFJ, DSF, Octopus, Splunk, Dynatrace)
  • Familiarity with TPH module (advantageous)
  • Good Linux know-how (shell scripting advantageous)
  • Knowledge of Java application server (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of AWA scheduler (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of ITIL Foundation
  • Proven experience in banking with strong financial product knowledge
  • Process-oriented and analytical approach
  • Enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills
  • Highly motivated and proactive with eagerness to learn
  • Good written and spoken English
  • German language skills (plus)

Tasks

  • Ensure reliable operation of core banking applications
  • Process incident tickets within SLAs
  • Coordinate with incident managers, application owners, and IT stakeholders
  • Take on-call duty weekly (7x24)
  • Administer change requests for application processes
  • Participate in weekend releases
  • Engage in projects for operational aspects of applications
  • Perform routine data cleansing
  • Optimize and automate repetitive tasks
  • Hand over tasks to L1 (Control Center)
  • Update application operation documentation

  • 5 years

  • Bachelor's degree
