Requirements
- Initial experience in industrial control systems, distributed systems or automation

- Exposure to large-scale or mission-critical systems preferred
- Ability to learn quickly, follow technical guidelines and collaborate within a team
- Spoken and written English
- Commitment to learn French
- National of a CERN Member or Associate Member State
- Maximum of two years of professional experience since graduation
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before
- University degree required
- PhD not eligible
Tasks
- Support integration of industrial devices into control systems using OPC-UA
- Contribute to operation and support lifecycle
- Analyze incidents and implement feedback loops
- Enhance services continuously
- Support integration and diagnostics of fieldbus systems
- Develop, maintain, and operate validation tools
- Design automated validation workflows
- Execute test campaigns for integrated systems
- Analyze system behavior and troubleshoot issues
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to users
- Create documentation for integration solutions
