Tasks

• Optimize employee productivity through desktop support
• Provide day-to-day IT support for users
• Deliver high-touch technical support for executives
• Support regulated GxP and G&A applications
• Assist employees, contractors, and vendors
• Manage Windows 11 and Office Suite
• Troubleshoot InTune and MDM issues
• Resolve conferencing platform and equipment problems
• Build and configure new employee systems
• Maintain, patch, and repair existing systems
