- Master’s degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering
- Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience in System Engineering or Technical Project Management

- Experience in architecture, design & development of aerospace systems

- Professional working proficiency in English
- Strong writing and communication skills

Tasks
- Perform Systems Engineering throughout all project phases
- Manage technical projects from study to production
- Maintain product qualification
- Serve as technical lead for critical sub-systems
- Coordinate engineering activities to meet requirements
- Ensure projects meet budget and schedule
- Lead technical proposal development
- Coordinate quotations and concept work
- Conduct trade studies
- Support continuous process improvements
- Support product continuous improvements
- Propose initiatives to improve technologies
- Propose initiatives to improve production processes
- Break down technical requirements to sub-systems
- Generate specifications for customers and suppliers
- Generate specifications for subcontractors
- Track requirement compliance status
- Plan technical work packages
- Write technical specifications
- Review technical specifications
- Write project-related deliverables
- Review project-related deliverables
- Write other technical documents
- Review other technical documents
- Perform continuous technical risk management
- Conduct Root Cause Analyses
- Provide engineering support to production
- Represent engineering during customer negotiations
- Represent engineering during supplier negotiations
- Represent engineering during subcontractor negotiations
- Act as engineering point of contact for customers
